Care for pinnipeds, wolves, cheetah, bush dogs, otters and beavers in the "beaver valley" area of National Zoo. Training of pinnipeds to increase their understanding of their environment and offer an outlet for their natural instincts. Development of a computer program that correlates their behavior with environmental conditions. Maintenance of the marine mammal water conditions, preparation of diets, veterinary assistant, training assistant during presentations and shows.
